Delivery:
Delivery within Australia is by Australia Post - Insured and Person to Person. Larger orders within Australia (like strands) will be delivered by Failproof National Couriers, a specialist jewellery courier. Overseas orders are normally delivered by FedEx. The following prices are subject to change without notice and include packaging and handling and are added to the total on check out. All orders are insured up to A$700 (US$500) by us. The prices listed on this webpage do include sales tax (GST), shipping, insurance or handling costs. As all pearls are normally in stock, orders should be expedited between 1 and 5 working days.

Returns:
We guarantee a 14 day no questions asked return policy from receipt of goods for a full and prompt refund
(shipping and handling charges are not refundable) as long as the goods are in the same condition as delivered.
